What is sattu? Chana sattu — roasted gram flour in English — is dry-roasted Bengal gram, stone-ground into a nutty, high-protein flour. A beloved staple of Bihar and eastern India. ODM Chana Sattu is pure and freshly ground, free from artificial additives.
