Delivery Timelines & Process

We will arrange for the shipment of your placed order directly from our stores and warehouses located across India.

  • Estimated Delivery: We strive to deliver your ordered products within 2 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order, depending on your delivery address.
  • Scheduling: Please note that while shipping is scheduled, this is an estimated timeframe and cannot be strictly guaranteed. We are not liable for unforeseen delays in transit.
  • Delivery Hours: Order deliveries will be fulfilled by third-party courier or logistics companies between Monday and Saturday during standard working hours.



Receiving Your Order & Claims

  • Signature Required: Products must be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for orders signed by a person other than the individual who placed the order at the provided address.
  • Package Condition: We are not responsible for any damage to products if the package has already been opened by you after delivery.
  • Shortages or Damage: All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to our Customer Care team at info@odmspices.com or via the Contact Us page on our website. Additionally, any shortage of goods must be highlighted, signed on the “Proof of Delivery” copy, and returned to the delivery personnel.



Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping and handling rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Standard Rates: Currently, we offer free doorstep delivery for all orders of INR 500 or above. A flat shipping charge of INR 60 applies to all orders under INR 500.
  • Variable Rates: Please note that shipping and handling rates may occasionally change based on the product’s size, type, volume, packaging, and other logistical considerations.
