Raisins

Plump, naturally dried raisins (kishmish) — sulphur-free. Many raisins are treated with sulphur to look bright and uniform. ODM Raisins are naturally dried and carefully sorted — sweet, seedless and clean, with no sulphur or artificial glazing.

How to choose good raisins: look for plump, soft, seedless raisins without a chemical shine or off smell. ODM offers three grades — Standard, Premium and Bold (the largest and plumpest).

Green vs black raisins: green (golden) raisins are tangier and firmer; black raisins are sweeter and softer — both are great as snacks and in kheer, halwa and pulao.

How to store: keep airtight in a cool, dry place. Available in 250g.
