Cashews (kaju) the way they should be — clean and natural. Many cashews on the market are polished with oil or coatings to look glossy. ODM Cashews are unpolished and carefully hand-sorted — creamy, whole kernels with nothing added to fake their shine.

How to judge cashew quality: look for whole, evenly-sized, pale-ivory kernels without a greasy sheen or broken bits. ODM offers three honest grades — Standard, Premium and Bold (the largest whole kernels) — each sorted so you know exactly what you are getting.

How to store: keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place (or the fridge in summer) to stay fresh and crunchy. Available in 250g.
